Shipping Guarantee

Lost in Transit? We’ve Got You Covered: If your package is reported lost by the courier company or has been in transit for 4 weeks without reaching you, we will promptly issue a full refund or arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Delivered but Not Received? We’re Here to Help: While we cannot be held liable for packages confirmed as delivered to your address, we are committed to assisting with any issues that arise. Our support team is ready to resolve any delivery concerns promptly.

Customs Duties and Taxes

We handle customs duties and taxes for international shipments to provide a hassle-free experience. For orders shipped to European Union countries, please note that Value Added Tax (VAT) may apply on products over 150 Euros.
