What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order (exceptions may apply). To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Any free gifts included in your order must also be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs and necessary materials are the customer’s responsibility. To initiate a return, please email us at artzendecorshop@gmail.com. Once we receive and confirm that your order is eligible for return, your refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method used at checkout, and you will receive an email confirmation.

Why are your candles made with soy and beeswax?
We choose soy, beeswax, and olive wax because they are:
• Non-toxic & cleaner-burning – They contain no harmful pollutants, toxins, or carcinogens, making them allergy-friendly.
• Eco-friendly & renewable – Soy and beeswax are natural, sustainable, and biodegradable.
• Soot-free – Unlike paraffin wax, they do not produce black soot that can stain walls or furniture.My candle is tunneling—what should I do?
If your candle is tunneling, try this trick:
• Cover the top with aluminum foil, leaving a small 1-inch opening at the center.
• Light the candle and let it burn for a few hours.
• The heat will help melt the wax evenly, reducing tunneling.To prevent tunneling in the future, always let your candle burn until the melted wax reaches the edges of the container—especially during the first burn.
Can I burn my decorative candle?
Our sculptural candles are primarily designed for decorative purposes. However, if you choose to burn them, please note that burn times will vary due to their unique shapes and sizes.
Is it normal for my decorative candle to have small imperfections?
Yes! Since our candles are handmade and hand-poured, slight imperfections and variations in color may occur naturally. Some candles may also develop small white marks, known as “frosting”, which is a common characteristic of natural waxes.
